I liked the combination of the animation and the music. They really went together. And the art style was a little rough, but appropriate. I would have liked to have seen some stuff that helped put some context on the characters. Maybe clearly visual wanted posters or the like, just to provide some extra details.

Indeed i thought that adding some posters and stuff can helped but...that details are characteristic of my favourite animator, i don't know if it's ok to copy that...peopla can see it like a plagio or something.

[Madness Random Shorts]

If the art was just a little cleaner and each short just a tad bit longer, this would have been a full 5 stars. Great work, overall, though.

Great animation and story progress. I did feel the ending was a bit of a downer, since I expected him to wake up from a dream, but I liked the overall message.

Great work, man. I've been waiting for this for quite a while. My only hangup was what happened that resulted in the three protagonists getting locked up. It looked like the pretty much had the drop on the Mayor, bluff or no bluff.

Mayor Dictatus doesn't mess around. Besides, in the script there was a scene where Xleek explained why he couldn't kill him.

I removed that part because:
1. It completely ruined the pacing.
C. I wanted to raise some questions that would be answered later in order to add to the cliffhanger.

[Birth]

It was delightfully twisted in its humor. I would say that the only area of improvement is making the animation a little smoother. Not too much for this work, but some motions seemed too jerky even for what you were going for.

Thanks for that comment :) You know, I kind of justified some of the low-fps jagged animation with the (fake) stop motion technique, but maybe I overdid it at times.

[Genetically Modified Food]

Scientific inaccuracies regarding what you can actually "DO" with GMOs aside, I clicked this link in fear I was about to hear some propaganda bullshit against GMOs that you typically find. I found your take much more enjoyable, since it's obviously silly humor. On a constructive note: the only thing I would like to see improved is how the people moved in the animation. It was clear that the body parts were moving independently, rather than as a unit.

Good work and my favorite part was the terrorist chips. Not PC, but somewhat clever.

At first I thought something was wrong with the audio, but then I read your post. With that in mind, it's a nice piece of animation. The style is basic, but clean. I would work on improving the smoothness of the animation, since right now it is clear when you skip from frame to frame (but since you did it under such time constraints, I have to say I'm impressed with how clean it does look).
